Recommendations.
Based on the feedback and suggestions received during usability testing, we will be making the following design changes to the app:
● Streamlining the sign-in process to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
● Increasing the button sizes for ordering process to help users understand what actions they need to take.
● Simplifying the payment and delivery options to reduce confusion and make the process more straightforward.
● Highlight the subtotal before the user processed with payment
● We will continue to iterate and improve the app based on user feedback and testing results.
