Overview
Through our research process we have learned and discovered that
● Make delivery convenient and cost effective
● Seem-less usage across (both in app and on website)
● Visibility and Transparency (leading to more awareness of Farmasiet as an e-pharmacy and transparency that can lead to
establishment of
user's confidence, specially while ordering prescription drugs).
So, these insights led us to draw our personas.

We learned that prioritizing the user experience is crucial for success in any market and plan to continue gathering feedback to make improvements to the app.
